King Kooker® Smoked Hickory Rub Chicken

Looking for an Easy and Light Recipe for the Grill?  This is the One.

 

Ingredients:

  • 3 Chicken Breasts (Approximately a 2 Lb. Pack)
  • 1/2 Cup of Cooking Oil (Vegetable or Peanut Oil Blend)
  • 9 TBSP of King Kooker® Smoked Hickory Seasoning
  • King Kooker Breader Box (Model# 1113BK)
  • Preheated Oven/Grill/Smoker to 300°F

Directions:

  • Coat chicken breasts with cooking oil.
  • Sprinkle 9 TBSP of King Kooker® Smoked Hickory Seasoning into the bottom of the breader box.
  • Put the black plastic sifter on top.  Place the chicken breasts on the black plastic sifter and cover with the breader box top.
  • With the breader box in place, grasp the side handles tightly together with both hands and positioned below your chest and shake up and down until the chicken breasts are evenly coated.
  • Grill/Smoke/Bake breasts at 300°F for 25-30 Minutes.  Cut one chicken breast to check for doneness.  The meat should be white and all juices should be clear.  If meat is pink and juices are bloody, cook 5 more minutes and check for donenesss.
  • Once cooked, remove from heat.   Serve with your favorite veggies.   Enjoy!!! 👍
