King Kooker® Blackened Coleslaw Recipe

Adds a Sweet Compliment to BBQ Dishes!



  • 1/2 Cup of mayonnaise
  • 4 TBSP of white vinegar
  • 6 TBSP of white sugar
  • 1 TSP of minced garlic
  • 3 1/2  TBSP of King Kooker® Blackened Redfish Seasoning
  • 2 TSP of dry mustard
  •  1 bag of 14 – 16 oz. bag of coleslaw mix


  • In a large mixing bowl, mix togeether mayonnaise, white vinegar, white sugar, minced garlic,  King Kooker® Blackened Redfish Seasoning, and dry mustard.
  • Add coleslaw mix.  Stir mixture until it is evenly mixed.
  • Coleslaw compliments BBQ and Seafood Dishes.  Trying pairing this with our King Kooker® Sweet & Spicy Pulled Pork for an outstanding sandwich!
