Crawfish Fettuccine


  • 2lbs. Peeled Crawfish Tails boiled in King Kooker® Complete Seafood Boil and King Kooker® Liquid Crab Boil
  • 16 oz King Kooker® Butter Garlic Marinade
  • 1 Tablespoon of King Kooker® Cajun Seasoning
  • 2 Cups Half & Half Cream
  • 1 Tablespoon Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Parsley
  • 1/3 Cup Green Onions
  • 1/2 Cup Bell Pepper
  • 1/2 Cup Celery
  • 1 Cup Diced Yellow Onions
  • 2-1/2 Cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 12 oz. Boiled Fettucine Noodles
  • 12 Qt. Dutch Oven

On low heat, pour the (16 oz.) bottle of King Kooker® Butter Garlic Marinade into cast iron pot. Add yellow onions, bell pepper, celery, and parsley. Turn up the heat a little and stir until the appearance of the onions becomes almost clear. Sauté until veggies are soft, then mix King Kooker Cajun Seasoning and flour into the sautéed veggie and marinade mixture. Once ingredients are mixed evenly, add peeled boiled crawfish tails. Manage the flame intensity as needed. Add half & half cream and mix thoroughly. Now add grated Parmesan cheese and mix until all cheese has melted and mixture begins to thicken. Add boiled fettuccine noodles and mix until all noodles are coated evenly and mixture continues to thicken. Cover to keep warm. Before serving garnish with additional Parmesan cheese and green onions. Makes approximately 4 servings.
