Country Fried Ribs

This Exciting New Spin on the Country Rib will be an Instant Party Hit!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Pack of  Country Ribs – Either Bone in or Boneless Depending on Preference
  • 1 Jar of 6.5 oz of King Kooker® Smoked Hickory Rub – Use 2 approximately TBSP/Rib sprinkled into breader box
  • 1 Gallon of Vegetable Oil or Peanut Blend Oil
  • 1 King Kooker® Heavy Duty Breader Box – Model# 1113BK
  • 1 King Kooker® Deep Fryer with Deep Fry Thermometer –  King Kooker® Model# 1618 works great for frying Country Ribs!

Directions:

  • Put the appropriate amount of King Kooker® Smoked Hickory Rub seasoning into the bottom of the breader box and place the black sifter tray on top.
  • For best results bread 6-8 ribs per batch in the breader box.   Place the ribs on the sifter tray, and cover with the top of the breader box.  Hold the handles of the breader box tightly together in place, and below your face.  Shake up and down until the ribs are completely coated.
  • Add oil into deep fryer pot until pot is halfway full.
  • Heat the oil to 250°F.  Leave baskets in the fry pan while the oil heats.  Hot aluminum baskets will help prevent food from sticking.
  • Place the ribs in the basket and into the hot oil.  Fry ribs in the frying basket for 12 minutes per batch.
  • Remove the basket from the fry pan and place the ribs onto the serving tray.  Line the tray with paper towels to absorb excess oil.  Check for doneness with a knife.  If ribs arenot done, put them back into deep fryer for 2 more minutes and then recheck.
  • Serve with your favorite veggies!  Enjoy!!! 👌
